I think the only image on the site that didn't look like it was made a decad ago on a 486 was the Firefox add.

An almost perfect example of bad frames with wasted space in the header and menu frames and each page has a new frame set. All that's missing is links with bad targets opening frames in frames.

A number of the sites pages only real content is a link to a PDF file. I suppose that's a good way to make the user see one more set of ads.
