Another site barfed out of Front Page and thrown onto the web with missing files, not that the site works well enough in anything but IE to even notice files are missing.

Wouldn't one normaly place the title of the bullet point before the text of the bullet point?

They don't what you to actually read any thing on the page, they just think it looks nice to have text scroll by.
