I don't think they had 2 pages on the whole site that even looked remotely similar, it's usually a good idea to at least attempt to make the pages of a site look like they belong together.

Apparently the first lesson they teach you at an 'Information and Communications Technology' school is to make your web pages with MS Front Page.

Could they start off with a worse background?
